      text/dsd+plain mime type to files served out of that
      directory that aren't covered by existing extension to

:: Objectives

   1. Configure _plan DNS record for hamrick.rocks to point to
      HTTPS://WWW.BI6.US/PL/ and create a public plan file for
      meadhbh@hamrick.rocks.
      
   2. Write a brief overview of how we used Objectives and
      Achievements at Linden Lab in the 2000's.  When finished,
      publish it at [[ @1 ]].

   3. Document the "QR Code Friendly" H32IA alphabet for RFC4648
      compliant BASE64 encoding and publish it at [[ @2 ]].

   4. Document how the _plan TXT record works and the structure of
      my plan file, publishing the file at [[ @3 ]].
